I am not going anymore can I resell my ticket?
After ticket sales the exchange desk will open which will allow you to refund some or all of your tickets minus fees. This is the only official way to refund tickets.
Can I use card X or card Y in the sales
Most debit and credit cards should work (Visa, Mastercard etc.) just make sure your bank doesn't block international transactions or payments to Belgium. Tomorrowland keep an up to date list of accepted cards on their website.
How many people can I buy tickets for?
You can purchase up to four passes for tomorrowland. So for example you could purchase one two person easy tent and two MG passes bringing your total passes for tomorrowland up to four. The only exception to this is the larger purchases like friendship garden where you can purchase ten passes at once.

My friend has dropped out but another is taking his place, can I change the name on the ticket?
Ticket names cannot be changed and Tomorrowland can check ID at any time,

We know just as much as everyone else :P your best bet is to check last years dates and keep an eye on Reddit for updates

Ok I got my ticket. What is personalization and when do I need to do it?
Congrats! Welcome to the best weekend ever! Now you need to add your details to each of the tickets you have bought. This is known as personalization. You get an email after purchasing tickets with more details. Don´t miss the deadline as you risk to have your entire order cancelled.
Note: Global Journey Packages are personalized at the moment of purchase. Name changes are only possible for a fee of 350 Euro per name until a set deadline which usually is around April.

I don´t like my weekend anymore! Can I swap?
Purchases are final, You can put your ticket on the exchange desk and try the waiting list for a new ticket.

Waiting list? When is that?
After all tickets are sold out you can sign up to the waiting list via your TML-account. Be aware that the waiting list will close as soon as too many people are already on it.
After the exchange desk closes (usually around April) people on the waiting list might get access to one of the waiting list-sales.
Note: Signing up to the waiting list doesn´t guarantee a ticket.

What´s the Pearl exchange rate?
The exchange rate Euro/Pearls usually increases each year. For Tomorrowland 2024 the exchange rate is 1,82 Euro/1 Pearl. If you top up before the festival you get 2 bonus Pearls per 100 Euro you top up.

Can I get a refund of any unspent Pearls?
Yes, you can get a refund. If you did your first top up online, you will get an automatic refund a couple of days after the festival. If you do your first top up at the top up-booths at the festival, you will have to apply for a manual refund. Please be aware that there is a tight deadline to submit your refund request. Also, there´s a refund fee of 2 Pearls for all refunds. Bonus Pearls won´t be refunded nor can they be used to pay the refund fee.

Is it safe to buy on Viagogo/Stubhub/Ticketswap/Ebay?
Easy one that: No, it is not. There are a lot of scammers out there who are only waiting for you to send them all your money without getting a valid ticket in exchange. Three things to keep in mind:
- Someone can easily sell a ticket multiple times. No way for you to know before you arrive at the festival and are probably denied entry. Even if the ticket shows your name, there is no guarantee that it´s legit. The original buyer can change the name withing the personalization period.
- There´s the exchange desk, the official reselling platform of Tomorrowland. A scammer can put up their tickets for sale on the exchange desk, even after they sold it to you.
- Even if someone hands you over the actual bracelet, the main buyer can always report it lost. Staff would give them a new one while yours would be invalidated and all Pearls you´ve topped up transferred to the new bracelet.
Again: DO NOT buy from third party websites, no matter how desperate you are. The only safe way to buy tickets are the official Tomorrowland website and the official travel partners. You can also keep an eye out for any potential raffles of the stage hosts.

How can I get to Tomorrowland/DreamVille? Are there shuttles or taxis?

I´ve heard there´s a long walk back to the shuttles. How long is the distance?
Yes, the hub for the Global Journey Shuttles is about 2,5 kilometres away from the main entrance. It takes about 45 minutes to walk from the Mainstage to the shuttles. For more info about the location of the shuttle hub please see here.

Bracelet tracking only shows an error. When will I get my bracelet?"
Nothing to worry about, it´s totally normal that not all tracking info is available at the same time. It takes several weeks to send out tens of thousands of bracelets. If the tracking link shows an error, this means your parcel hasn´t been prepared for shipping yet.

My bracelet didn´t arrive on time. What should I do?
If your bracelet doesn´t arrive before you leave for the festival or gets lost along the way, you can easily pick up a new one at the will call-desk at the festival. There are booths at the main entrance and at the entrance of DreamVille alike. Just bring your e-ticket (or order confirmation for Global Journey) and your ID with you. Please note: The name on the ticket needs to match with the name on your ID.
If you´ve bought a Global Journey Package: You don´t need the festival bracelet to board the shuttle from the airport or hotel to the festival/DreamVille. The Tomorrowland host at the airport or hotel will give you a separate shuttle bracelet.
